Oliver Avenue Construction and Road Closure
December 4th, 2025 Closures: Oliver Avenue from E Grandview Avenue to E Spring Street and E New Castle Street from High Street to Division Street
Beginning December 4th, 2025, there will be construction on North Oliver Avenue to make repairs to a sewer line. The construction will take approximately 2 weeks. Residents should expect road closures in the area during this time. Please visit www.zelieboro.org and the Borough's Social Media pages for road closure updates. Closures will take place on North and South Oliver Avenue and East New Castle Street. This is not a Borough Project. Please direct any questions or concerns to the Western Butler County Authority.
