Hours: Mondays 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm or by appointment* There is a mail drop slot in my front/office door for payment drop off.
Payment Methods: Cash, check, money order or cashier's check accepted (no credit cards accepted at this time).
Fee: Lein Letter fee: $20.00
County/Local Taxes:
County/Local tax cards are mailed the last week of February
2% Discount Collection: March 1 to April 30
Face Collection: May 1 to June 30
10% Penalty collection: July 1 to Dec 31
School Taxes:
School Tax cards are mailed the last week of July.
2% Discount collection: Aug 1 to Sept 30
Face collection: Oct 1 to Nov 30
10% Penalty collection: Dec 1 to 31
*all taxes are payable by Dec 31st of the calendar year for which they are written. Taxes not paid will be turned over to the Tax Claim Bureau for collection.
*If you pay off your mortgage or change escrow companies, please let Deborah Reeb know so that she can direct your tax card accordingly.
