Property owners within the area of the Southwest Butler Stormwater Authority, including those in the Borough of Zelienople, will notice a new $72.00 annual stormwater fee, which is being issued and administered by Berkheimer. This fee reflects a $6.00 per month charge, billed annually, and supports a regional initiative to improve and maintain stormwater infrastructure in compliance with state and federal environmental regulations.
